Investigations
The Turkish Competition Board (the “Board”) has launched an investigation into the economic integrity composed of Hobi Kozmetik and RA Pazarlama, subsidiaries of Dabur International Limited, over allegations of resale price maintenance.
The Board has announced that the oral hearing for the investigation concerning Casting Agencies Association, certain casting agencies and managers will be held on 6-7-8 May 2026.

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has referred Vandemoortele Group’s acquisition of Délifrance S.A. to an in-depth Phase II investigation after the period to address competition concerns expired without the formal submission of an approved buyer for the proposed divestment package.
The European Commission has unconditionally approved RTL’s acquisition of Sky DACH, finding that the deal would not significantly harm competition in the EEA’s audiovisual and advertising markets, while also finding that RTL and Sky DACH are not close competitors in key areas and that enough alternative providers remain, especially given growing pressure from global streaming platforms.
The Swedish Competition Authority has published a report proposing measures to improve conditions for the establishment of grocery stores and guidance for municipalities on promoting effective competition in the grocery retail sector, including recommendations aimed at facilitating new store entry and strengthening local market competition.
