Orkan Elçin

Orkan is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience across banking, financial institutions, treasury and international finance and FMCG.

Before joining CoPartners, Orkan served as Vice President of Financial Institutions at the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, where he managed relationships with international financial institutions and correspondent banks and worked on a broad range of funding and financing transactions. Previously, he spent more than eight years at Ziraat Bank in various roles across financial institutions, international finance and money markets, gaining extensive experience in international funding, treasury operations, financial reporting, and syndicated and bilateral loans. Earlier in his career, Orkan worked at PepsiCo in sales planning and at Ernst & Young in audit.

Orkan holds an MBA from Doğuş University and a BA in Management from Bilkent University. He is fluent in English.
