The Swiss Federal Administrative Court annulled the Swiss Competition Commission’s decision concerning Swisscom’s fibre-optic network expansion, finding that the company did not hold a dominant position in the relevant market defined by the Commission, and consequently set aside the obligations imposed on Swisscom and the fine of approximately CHF 18 million.
The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal ruled that a damages claim against Amazon concerning alleged anticompetitive price parity policies could proceed as a collective action, subject to certain conditions.
