Significant Amendments to Communiqué on the Right to File

On 4 October 2025, Communiqué No. 2025/3 amending the “Communiqué on the Regulation of the Right to Access the File and the Protection of Trade Secrets” was published in the Official Gazette.

The amendments introduce procedural updates such as those relating to access-to-file mechanisms and the definition of intra-authority correspondence.
