Soruşturmalar
Rekabet Kurulu (“Kurul”), Dassault Systèmes hakkında, bayilik kanalına yönelik olarak çeşitli yollarla müşteri kısıtlamaları uygulanması ve yeniden satış fiyatlarının belirlenmesine ilişkin iddialar kapsamında soruşturma başlattı.
Kurul, Koruma Klor Alkali hakkında yürütmekte olduğu soruşturmayı, yıkıcı fiyat uyguladığı gerekçesiyle 164.484.083,28 TL tutarında idari para cezası uygulanmasına karar vererek sonuçlandırdı.
Kurul, klor alkali sektöründe faaliyet gösteren teşebbüsler hakkında yürütmekte olduğu soruşturmayı, belirli kamu alımlarında danışıklı hareket ettikleri gerekçesiyle toplam 333.317.215,40 TL tutarında idari para cezası uygulanmasına karar vererek sonuçlandırdı.

İstişare süreci 28 Şubat 2026 tarihine kadar açıktır.
