Sena advises clients on all aspects of Turkish competition law, with particular focus on merger control, dawn raids, and compliance matters.

Before joining CoPartners, Sena worked at a reputable competition law boutique, where she gained experience in a broad range of competition law matters involving clients operating in sectors such as FMCG, energy, cosmetics, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and digital markets. During her legal internship and subsequent associate role, she was actively involved in merger control filings, competition compliance projects, and proceedings before the Turkish Competition Authority. She participated in and monitored dawn raids conducted by the Turkish Competition Authority, drafted written defenses, responses to information requests, and leniency and settlement applications. She has also contributed to client updates regarding compliance related matters, Turkish Competition Board decisions, and legislative developments, as well as competition law trainings delivered to clients.

Sena holds an LL.B. degree from Koç University and is a graduate of Saint Benoît French High School. She is fluent in English and has an advanced command of French.

Sena was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2024.
