The Turkish Competition Authority has published its short-form decisions regarding the clearance of several transactions, including, the acquisition of sole control over Atlas CRO Medikal Araştırma Geliştirme Danışmanlık Eğitim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi by Pratia Spolka Akcyjna through the acquisition of certain shares held by Nebil Basalak; the acquisition of sole control over Unico Sigorta AŞ by Galeri Kristal Turizm İnşaat Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ; and the acquisition of certain shares in Hertfordshire Oil Storage Limited by Phillips 66 Limited.

The European Commission sent Meta a Supplementary Statement of Objections indicating it may impose interim measures requiring Meta to restore third-party AI assistants’ access to WhatsApp under the same conditions as before October 15, 2025, because Meta’s revised fee-based policy may still unlawfully exclude competitors.
The European Commission adopted the revised Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation (TTBER) and accompanying Guidelines, including new guidance on data licensing for production purposes and on licensing negotiation groups (LNGs), in light of the strategic importance of data and the increased use of standard-essential technologies, which will enter into force on 1 May 2026.
The European Commission sent preliminary findings to Google preliminary findings under the Digital Markets Act proposing measures that would require it to share search engine data with third-party search services on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, and has opened a public consultation on those measures.
