The Turkish Competition Board has launched an investigation into the economic unities of Cosmox Kozmetik and the Vitaceel-Ceel Kozmetik, operating in cosmetics, personal care and food supplements, over allegations of resale price maintenance practices.
The Turkish Competition Board launched an investigation into Mastercard and Visa to assess whether they violated Articles 4 and/or 6 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition by preventing the use of the payment/POS infrastructure, provided by banks to other payment service providers in merchants located abroad, thereby hindering the activities of payment service providers offering international payment solutions.

Rekabet Kurulu, Mastercard ve Visa hakkında, bankaların diğer ödeme hizmeti sağlayıcılarına sağladığı ödeme/POS altyapısının yurt dışında bulunan işyerlerine kullandırılmasına izin vermeyerek uluslararası ödeme çözümleri sağlayan ödeme hizmeti sağlayıcılarının faaliyetlerini zorlaştırmak suretiyle 4054 sayılı Kanun’un 4. ve/veya 6. maddesini ihlal edip etmediklerinin tespiti amacıyla soruşturma başlattı.
