The Turkish Competition Board (the “Board”) has launched an investigation against the Seedling Growers Sub-Union and 18 undertakings operating in the vegetable seedling for planting sector, regarding allegations including claims that certain undertakings warned competitors applying lower prices to increase their prices and that prices and sales conditions were jointly determined, including through meetings organized by the sectoral union.
The Board has launched an investigation into the economic unit comprising Kyocera Bilgitaş Turkey Doküman Çözümleri and Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management B.V., and its distributor Geskopikit Dijital Kopyalama, over allegations of preventing parallel imports, imposing customer/territorial restrictions, and fixing resale prices.

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has proposed accepting remedies in Vandemoortele’s acquisition of Délifrance, requiring the sale of Délifrance’s UK viennoiserie business and two French production facilities to address competitive concerns.
The Italian Competition Authority has fined Ryanair over €255 million for abusing a dominant position, finding that Ryanair holds a dominant position in the upstream market for scheduled passenger air transport services to and from Italy and that, between 2023 and 2025, it implemented a strategy that hindered online and traditional travel agencies from selling Ryanair flights in combination with other airlines’ flights and tourism services.
The Italian Competition Authority has fined Apple over €98 million for abusing a dominant position in the market for app distribution to iOS users by imposing its App Tracking Transparency policy, which restricted competition by forcing third-party app developers to seek duplicative user consent for advertising-related data collection.
