The Turkish Competition Board has launched an investigation into numerous undertakings operating in the markets for raw milk purchase, dairy cattle feed sale, and the production and sale of packaged milk and dairy products, based on allegations of price fixing, market allocation, and exchange of competitively sensitive information.

The German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) fined Sennheiser, Sonova, and three employees nearly €6 million for resale price fixing of premium headphones, involving retailer monitoring, pressure to raise prices, and the use of code language to conceal the conduct.
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority concluded its investigation into Wolt, which operates in the restaurant food ordering and delivery platform market, after the company voluntarily removed exclusivity and price parity clauses included in its agreements with restaurants.
The European Commission has launched a public consultation to review its Horizontal and Non- Horizontal Merger Guidelines to ensure they remain effective and relevant in light of evolving economic and industrial changes, with feedback accepted until 3 September 2025.
The U.S. Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission launched a public inquiry to gather input on unfair and anticompetitive practices in the live concert and entertainment industry, with the public invited to submit comments by July 7, 2025.
