The Turkish Competition Board (the “Board”) has concluded its investigation into Netflix, BluTV, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Exxen and Gain through the commitments procedure, accepting commitments aimed at addressing competition concerns arising from content and talent exclusivity practices in the subscription-based video-on-demand sector.
The Turkish Competition Board has imposed a total administrative fine of TRY 42.16 million on the Casting Agencies Association and casting agencies/managers for jointly determining commission rates and service conditions and exchanging competitively sensitive information.

Kurul, Kast Ajansları Derneği ve kast ajansları/menajerlerine, komisyon oranları ile hizmet koşullarını birlikte belirleme ve rekabete hassas bilgi değişimi nedeniyle toplam 42,16 milyon TL idari para cezası uyguladı.
