The Belgian Competition Authority has published the Guidance on the exchange of information between pharmaceutical companies for combination therapy reimbursement applications, explicitly prohibiting the sharing of commercially sensitive data (like net price data) while allowing the exchange of objectively necessary information (like epidemiological and patient- level data).
The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published a guide titled “Competing for Talent”, which addresses competition law compliance in relation to recruiting and retaining workers, as well as setting pay and other working conditions, and is aimed at helping human resources and other relevant personnel stay compliant.
The European Commission has accepted Microsoft’s commitments to resolve concerns over tying Teams to Office 365 and Microsoft 365. Under these commitments, Microsoft will offer lower-priced suites without Teams, allow existing customers to switch to these suites, improve interoperability and data portability for rival tools, and implement these measures under independent monitoring for 7 to 10 years.
The European Commission fined Eurofield SAS and its former parent Unanime Sport SAS around €172,000 for negligently providing incomplete information in response to a request for information during an investigation against the synthetic turf sector.

Söz konusu Kılavuz, net fiyat gibi ticari açıdan hassas verilerin değişimini açıkça yasaklarken, epidemiyolojik ve hasta düzeyindeki veriler gibi objektif olarak gerekli bilgilerin değişimine izin verilmesini düzenledi.

Avrupa Komisyonu, sentetik çim sektörüne ilişkin yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında bir bilgi talebine ihmalen eksik yanıt verdikleri için Eurofield SAS ve eski ana şirketi Unanime Sport SAS’a yaklaşık 172.000 Euro ceza verilmesine karar verdi.
