The Turkish Competition Board has launched an investigation into undertakings providing independent audit and financial advisory services, as well as their professional associations to determine whether they have violated competition law through price fixing and customer allocation in service markets, as well as no-poach and wage-fixing agreements in labour markets, alongside potential exchanges of competitively sensitive information and anticompetitive decisions by associations of undertakings.

The European Commission and the European Data Protection Board published the submissions received in response to the public consultation on the draft joint guidelines on the interaction between the Digital Markets Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Belgian Competition Authority has launched an investigation into AutoScout24, on allegations of abuse of dominance, claiming that restrictions on the portability of data entered by professional sellers on the AutoScout24 platform may discourage sellers from using competing platforms.
The French Competition Authority has fined BTP Sud €148,094 for abusing its dominant position in the aggregates supply market; finding that the company refused to supply aggregates to the territorial administration during a public procurement process and imposed substantial and unjustified price increases to obtain concessions in an earlier commercial dispute.

Belçika Rekabet Otoritesi, AutoScout24 platformunda profesyonel satıcılar tarafından girilen verilerin taşınabilirliğine getirilen sınırlamaların satıcıların rakip platformları kullanmasını caydırabileceği iddiasına ilişkin AutoScout24 hakkında hakim durumun kötüye kullanılması iddiası ile soruşturma başlattı.
Fransız Rekabet Otoritesi, agrega arzı pazarında hâkim durumda olan BTP Sud’a hâkim durumunu kötüye kullandığı gerekçesiyle 148.094 Euro para cezası vererek, şirketin kamu ihalesi sürecinde bölgesel idareye agrega satmayı reddettiğini ve önceki bir ticari uyuşmazlık kapsamında imtiyaz elde etmek amacıyla önemli ve gerekçesiz fiyat artışları uyguladığını tespit etti.
