With more than 25 years of experience at the Turkish Competition Authority (TCA), including serving as Chief Competition Expert across case-handling and economic analysis departments, Bülent brings unparalleled expertise at the intersection of law and economics.

He will work closely with our partners and team to provide clients with multidisciplinary, strategic insight in merger control, cartel and dominance investigations, market inquiries, and regulatory matters.
