Dr. Y. Sertaç Serter Joins CoPartners as Partner

CoPartners is pleased to announce that Dr. Y. Sertaç Serter has joined CoPartners as Partner and Head of Public Law & Litigation.

With over 20 years of experience in administrative and consitutional law, Sertaç is particularly recognised for his expertise in procedural safeguards, standards of proof and judicial review in high-stakes regulatory investigations. His appointment further strengthens our capabilities in complex Turkish Competition Authority proceedings and litigation-sensitive regulatory matters.

Combining academic rigour with hands-on advisory experience – and a strong background in law and economics – Sertaç adds an important enforcement and judicial review dimension to our competition and regulatory practice.
