The Turkish Competition Board launched an investigation into seven undertakings operating in the seed market over the allegation of exchange of competitively sensitive information.
The Turkish Competition Board concluded that several undertakings operating in the ready- mixed concrete, cement, and aggregate markets in Malatya province violated Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition through customer allocation and price and wage fixing; imposing a total of over TRY 76 million in administrative fines on eight undertakings.

The European Commission fined Delivery Hero and Glovo a total of EUR 329 million for participating in a cartel involving no-poach agreements, exchange of commercially sensitive information, and geographic market allocation – marking the Commission’s first sanction of a no- poach agreement.
German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) sent Amazon its preliminary legal assessment finding that the company’s use of price control mechanisms – under which offers considered too expensive may be removed from the Marketplace, excluded from the Buy Box, or have their visibility restricted – may constitute abusive conduct, as they restrict sellers’ pricing freedom and could lead to market concentration.
The Austrian Cartel Court fined Huber EUR 175,000 for participating in a nationwide waste management cartel involving price fixing, market allocation, and the exchange of competitively sensitive information regarding public and private tenders.

Rekabet Kurulu, rekabete hassas bilgi değişimi iddiaları üzerine tohum pazarında faaliyet gösteren yedi teşebbüs hakkında soruşturma başlattı.
Rekabet Kurulu, Malatya ilinde hazır beton, çimento ve agrega alanlarında faaliyet gösteren bazı teşebbüslerin müşteri paylaşımı, fiyat ve işçi ücretlerinin tespiti yoluyla 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun’u ihlal ettiği gerekçesiyle açılan soruşturma kapsamında sekiz teşebbüse toplam 76 milyon TL’nin üzerinde idari para cezası verdi.

Avusturya Kartel Mahkemesi, Huber‘e fiyat tespiti, pazar paylaşımı ile kamu ve özel ihalelerle ilgili rekabete hassas bilgi değişimi aracılığıyla ülke çapında bir atık yönetimi karteline taraf olduğu gerekçesiyle 175.000 Euro para cezası verdi.
